• raise a support ticket or reply to one (your Project ID, contact details, messages and attachments);
• apply for a role on our Careers page (your contact details, experience and CV or portfolio);
• chat with Buzzy, our AI assistant, or contact us by WhatsApp or email.

We keep basic usage information to learn how the site is used and make it better.

• To understand your needs, prepare your proposal and send you your Project ID.
• To deliver your project, keep you updated and support you afterwards.
• To consider job applications and get in touch with suitable candidates.
• To understand which services interest our visitors and to improve our website and Buzzy.
• To keep proper business records and meet our legal obligations.

03Who helps us keep things running

Our website, emails, secure project tracking and Buzzy run on reputable, enterprise-grade technology infrastructure. Where a trusted provider processes information for us, they do so only to deliver that service, under strict confidentiality and security standards. When you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also covered by WhatsApp's own terms.

04Buzzy and your browser

This website has no advertising cookies. A random visitor number is kept in your browser so we can tell a returning visit from a new one. To keep your conversation flowing after a page refresh, Buzzy remembers your name and recent chat only in your own browser for about 45 minutes, then forgets it automatically. Just tell him “forget me” to clear it instantly. Your sound preference is remembered the same way.

05Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal information, or withdraw a consent you gave us. Simply write to us and we'll respond promptly.

06Keeping it safe

We use secure, reputable platforms and protect project access with one-time email codes. No online system is ever completely risk-free, so please don't share passwords or payment details through our forms or chat.

As our services grow, this policy may be updated. The latest version will always live on this page, with its date at the top.
