01Your proposal comes first

Information on this website is a general overview of what we do. The specific scope, deliverables, price, timeline and handover for your project are set out in your written proposal or agreement. If anything here differs from your proposal, your proposal applies.

02Getting started and payments

  • Work begins once you approve the proposal and the agreed advance is received.
  • Payment milestones are listed in your proposal or invoice.
  • Project completion and handover follow the completion of agreed payments.

03Changes along the way

Ideas grow, and we welcome that. If you'd like to add or change something, we'll confirm any effect on price or timeline with you before going ahead.

04Working together

The best results come from teamwork. We ask you to share accurate information and timely feedback, and to make sure you have the right to use any logos, images, text or data you provide to us.

05Our work and your project

What you receive at the end of a project, and how it is handed over, is defined in your proposal or agreement. Our own methods, tools, templates and know-how remain ours, so we can keep using them to serve all our clients well. With your permission, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio.

06Confidentiality

We keep your business information, data and plans confidential, and we use them only to deliver your project. If your project calls for a formal non-disclosure agreement, just let us know.

07Partners and platforms

Many solutions use products from trusted providers such as hosting, cloud, software and security brands. Their features, warranties and service levels are provided by those companies under their own terms.

08Support after delivery

Support is provided as described in your proposal or support plan. You can raise a ticket at any time on this website using your Project ID, and chat with our team until it's resolved.

09Buzzy, our AI assistant

Buzzy is here to guide, explain and entertain. His answers are general information, not a quotation or a binding promise. Prices, timelines and commitments are confirmed only in your written proposal from our team.

10Responsibility

We work with care and professionalism on every project. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, and our total responsibility for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project, except where the law says otherwise.

11Pausing or ending a project

Either of us may pause or end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point is payable, as set out in your proposal.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
